DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.

UK delivery charge is normally £3 per order
Items are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days. 

Next day delivery charge is £5.50 per order
For this service orders must be received before 1pm.

Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.

If you have any special delivery instructions, would like your goods to be sent to a different address or need an item extra quickly then please let us know at checkout.

We endeavour to hold a good level of stock of all our products but on occasion sales may be higher than we anticipate.  Should this cause any delay to your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We hope that you will love your purchases, however, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your products please return them to us within 14 days.

To receive a full refund or for exchange, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and be in their original packaging.  To assist with maintaining product quality please state the reason for return in your parcel.  Postage will only be refunded for faulty goods.

It would be useful to know in advance of any products that are being returned, we can then contact you if your goods do not arrive.  Please email contact@katiedora.co.uk to inform us of returns.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we therefore recommend that you obtain proof of postage when they are sent.

ORDERING

Online - Simply select the product you require by clicking onto the image and click on the Add to basket button.  If you would like to carry on shopping click on the Continue shopping button.  To delete an item check the Remove box next to the product in your basket and click Update basket. You can view your basket at anytime.  To confirm and pay for your order click on the Final checkout button.  All card payments are totally safe. We will send you notification of your order by email.

By email – email your order requirements, listing the products you require along with price, delivery address and any special instructions, to contact@katiedora.co.uk You will be contacted to confirm payment method.

By phone – Call 01923 263551 anytime between 9am and 8pm.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

By post – Please post your order to Katie Dora, 23 Railway Terrace, Kings Langley, Herts WD4 8JB.  Delivery and payment information should be included.

Payment – We accept VISA and MasterCard Credit Card, VISA DELTA, Switch/UK Maestro Debit Card, SOLO, VISA Electron.  Cheques should be made payable to Katie Dora.
